Booking is only confirmed with a cleared payment of £10. This is a non refundable deposit should you cancel prior to the event.
The remaining balance can be settled before or on the day of the event.
All prices quoted reflect the detail given at the time of booking, however if you change the time or location or number of children please be aware a change in fee could take effect.

All parties and events booked will need to be confirmed via email to ensure all details are correct and a confirmation and acceptance email or letter sent.
All our staff will be treated with respect on the day and allowed a safe and private place to get into costume! After 15-20 min each member of staff inside a mascot will require a 5 min break*(you will still receive your alloted amount of paid time) to get a drink of water to avoid over-heating.
Please do not let older children,teenagers or adults 'harass' the mascots. As this spoils it for the younger ones and also can be dangerous and damage the mascots. Also please ensure children are not allowed to throw drinks or get paint/ice creams near the costumes as cleaning them is an expensive job as this may incur extra costs to yourselves.
Please ensure there is a nearby parking space for our staff as the mascots and equipment are big and bulky.all parking costs to be met by party organiser and this includes parking tickets.
